blank: End User Licence Agreement
This Agreement is between you and Certified Random ("we", "us"). By creating an account or installing blank you accept these terms.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and run blank on devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not redistribute, decompile, or resell the application.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. We may suspend access if we suspect fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.
3. Trading
blank is an autonomous AI trading advisor that, when connected to a Trading 212 account, places orders on your behalf. All trades are placed in your name on your Trading 212 account. You remain solely responsible for the financial outcome.
4. Updates
blank receives updates over the air. Some updates may be mandatory for security or compatibility.
5. No warranty
blank is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, profit, or freedom from defects. Markets carry risk and you may lose money.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous 12 months.
7. Termination
You may stop using blank at any time. We may terminate the licence for breach. On termination you must uninstall the software.
8. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the blank service operated by Certified Random.
1. The service
blank is an autonomous AI trading advisor delivered as a desktop application (Windows and Mac), an iPhone app, and a web dashboard. The advisor runs on your own device and, when connected to a live broker, places orders on your behalf. We provide hosted sign-in, update, and support services alongside the apps.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts where you live. You must not use blank to evade tax, sanctions, or any other law that applies to you.
3. Broker requirement
blank trades through Trading 212. Both practice and live trading require a valid Trading 212 account and API key. You are responsible for keeping your Trading 212 account in good standing.
4. Your obligations
- Provide accurate sign-up information.
- Keep your password confidential.
- Use blank only with accounts you own.
- Keep a valid payment card on file and pay the performance fee when due.
5. Plans & fees
blank is one product with the full advisor for everyone. You choose how to pay: pay as you go at £10 per trading week (only the weeks you trade, no subscription), or monthly at £35/month with no weekly top-ups. Either way you get unlimited live trading, practice mode, unlimited chat and research — while your plan is active. The monthly fee bills on a rolling 30-day cycle from the day you subscribe, not on a fixed calendar date. There is no free live trading and no free practice: practice mode also needs an active plan.
6. Performance fee
Commission is a flat 5% of net realised trading profits, the same for everyone. It is calculated for each calendar month and charged on the last Friday of that month after market close, as a one-off charge against the card on file, separate from any subscription. If your account is in drawdown for the month, no commission is due.
7. Payment failure: soft lockout
If a plan-fee or commission charge fails (declined card, expired card, insufficient funds), your trading advisor is paused until you update your payment method from the dashboard. Read-only access continues. There are no daily late fees, no debt collection, and no compounding penalties.
8. Where blank runs
The trading advisor runs on the device you install it on (your own computer) while the app is open, connected to your own Trading 212 account. It is not hosted or operated by us on your behalf.
9. Closing balances
Any outstanding commission for the current calendar month is collected in full at account closure from the card on file. Account credit cannot be applied to closing balances.
10. Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a fraud, security, or compliance risk.
11. Changes
We may change these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.

Privacy Policy
Certified Random is the data controller for personal information processed by blank. The full policy lives at useblank.ai/privacy; this is a short summary.
1. What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, postal address, and a securely stored password.
- Billing information: a payment-card reference held by our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Your Trading 212 API key, stored on our servers in encrypted form so you can connect it once and blank can use it from the desktop app you sign into to place trades on your account.
- Account activity: subscription plan, commission charges, account credit, and events that affect your account.
- Basic usage signals: app version and uptime pings, plus error reports if blank crashes. These do not include your portfolio or trades.
2. How we use it
- To run your account and provide the service.
- To charge subscription and commission fees and to prevent fraud.
- To send you essential service emails. Marketing only with your consent.
- To investigate bugs and improve the product.
3. Sharing
We share the minimum information needed with carefully chosen service providers (a payment processor, an email provider, and our hosting provider) who are bound by contract to protect your data. We never sell your personal information.
4. Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is open, plus up to six years after closure to meet our accounting and legal obligations.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of your personal data. Email support@useblank.ai from your account address.

The website uses essential cookies only. The desktop app does not use cookies.
