This Agreement is between you and Certified Random Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or installing blank you accept these terms.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and run blank on devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not redistribute, decompile, or resell the application.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. We may suspend access if we suspect fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.
3. Trading
blank generates trade ideas and (when configured) places orders through your linked broker. All trades are placed in your name on your account. You remain solely responsible for the financial outcome.
4. Updates
blank receives updates over the air. Some updates may be mandatory for security or compatibility.
5. No warranty
blank is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, profit, or freedom from defects. Markets carry risk and you may lose money.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous 12 months.
7. Termination
You may stop using blank at any time. We may terminate the licence for breach. On termination you must uninstall the software.
8. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the blank service operated by Certified Random Ltd.
1. The service
blank is a desktop application that analyses markets and (optionally) trades through your linked broker account. We provide hosted update, sign-in, and support services alongside the desktop app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts where you live. You must not use blank to evade tax, sanctions, or any other law that applies to you.
3. Your obligations
Provide accurate sign-up information.
Keep your password confidential.
Use blank only with accounts you own.
Pay the performance fee when due.
4. Performance fee
Our fee is a percentage of net realised trading profits, calculated monthly using a high-water mark. The exact rate depends on the plan you choose — Starter is free with 20% commission, Pro is £25/month with 12.5% commission, and Unlimited is £75/month with 5% commission. If your account is in drawdown for the month, no commission is due. Commission and the monthly subscription are billed once at the end of each calendar month from the card on file.
5. Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a fraud, security, or compliance risk.
6. Changes
We may change these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
